Shipping Policy
Production & Processing Time All items at VoidCards are made to order. Once your order is placed, we typically require 3-4 business days to produce the item before shipping.
Due to our production schedule, we batch orders as follows:
- Orders are collected through the week and go into production each Tuesday
- Production is completed and items are shipped by Saturday
- On rare occasions, production may extend into Monday-Wednesday of the following week due to high demand or other circumstances — we appreciate your patience
Note: If you place an order on a Wednesday or later in the week, it will be processed with the next Tuesday batch.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Costs & Zones Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and chosen method. Free shipping may be offered as a promotion depending on order value or specific regions.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders from certain regions depending on production and courier constraints.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe or you suspect it is lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, either reship the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
International Orders & Customs Shipping costs are included at checkout. However, customs duties can occasionally apply — in over 1,000 orders this has happened only once. VoidCards does not take responsibility for any additional customs charges that may arise.
Please note that customs inspections may lead to delays beyond standard delivery estimates.
